Refund and Return Policy

Products sold by Kinkajou For Wooden Toys are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship. The return policy is valid only when the toy shows defects on arrival or has defects resulting from production. The customer has to notify us upon arrival of the product. When you notice a manufacturing defect or aren't satisfied with your order, you can request a return and refund within 3 days of purchase.

 

Defects and/or damages resulting from the following situations are not covered:

• exposure to water and sun 

• Negligence

• Misuse and/or abnormal use

 

Returns based on change of mind can only be accepted when the toy is in its original state and packaging. The toy has to be unused. The customer has up to 24 hours from purchase date to request a return. The delivery and return fee will be charged to the customer in this case.
