Warranty and customer satisfaction

Wood is a natural material that can bear marks. Variations in wood grain, color, knots or texture are normal and natural in our handmade wooden products. These unique variations and marks are proof of quality, not defects. That's what makes each product unique!

Wooden toys are generally more durable than plastic toys, but they can sometimes break. Although wooden toys last many years (and even generations!) when treated with care, our toys are not guaranteed against damage due to use. The advantage of wooden toys is that they can easily be repaired with carpenter's glue and then enjoyed for many years to come!

To guarantee our customers' satisfaction, we warrant the quality and craftsmanship of our toys for 1 year after purchase. If your toy got damaged through use, we assist in repairs of your toy. Please note that our toys are for indoor use and can't be exposed to harsh sun or water in the garden. 

If your toy needs repairs after the warranty period has passed, don't hesitate to reach out to us as well. We are always available to assist in maintenance and repairs for a small fee. Wooden toys can last for generations when cared for.
